- 4-chamber supersonic molecular beam scattering system
- Nozzle colling/heating, (gas mixing manifold in preparation)
- Motor driven rotatable sample with sample tilt
- Double pass CMA AES / XPS, Auger electron spectroscopy / x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy
- X-ray gun / electron gun
- Sputter gun - for sample cleaning
- Two mass spectrometers - for molecular beam measurements, Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy, time of flight (one at 90 deg and one aligned with the beam system)
- Metal evaporators incl. electron beam metal evaporator
- Commercial atomic hydrogen doser
- Beam chopper for time-of-flight spectroscopy
- Vector Lock-in etc. (molecular beam relaxation spectroscopy etc.)
- Power supplies, etc. for Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy and sample preparation
- Liquid nitrogen (helium) cooling
- Leak valves etc.
- Computer controlled system
- Interlock system: automatic valves etc. to secure the vacuum/system in case of power failures, vacuum failures, cooling water failures and user mailfunctions
